#10 Spacious Townhouse - Downtown Nashville
Size –3 Bedrooms • 2 Bathrooms • Sleeps 10
This city townhouse features a spacious home-like feel! Kitchen and den on a separate level from the bedrooms. Located on 2nd Avenue in the SoBro area (South of Broadway); you'll enjoy exploring music and event venues, bars and breweries, restuarants and shops, riverfront parks and museums, and more!. ...Close enough to walk to all downtown attractions and large enough for a comfortable stay.
This townhouse has a classic look - feels more like a house rather than an apartment or condo. You'll notice the gathering area is on a separate level than the bedrooms, this separation of the sleeping from the gathering area allows some noise insulation if some of your party is up early or late preparing food or just hanging out.
Guests will have full access to the entire 1,500 square feet of living space of the townhouse. That's 7 rooms: 3 bedrooms, 1 den/dinning room, 1 kitchen, 1 half bath, 1 full Jack N Jill bath (with two separate sink/vanity areas).
Guests will have a semi-private stairs to the front entrance (stairs only shared with one other townhouse.)
I'd love to help with tips on local attractions. Just contact me and let me know what your trip plans are and I'll be full of ideas to share! *Ask for my website that lists my favorite spots!
Area / Neighborhood: It is known Rutledge Hills, which is perched slightly above SoBro (or "South of Broadway"). Many locals refer to this area as SoBro because it is also south of broadway and borders SoBro.
From the townhouse's location, you are wishing 12 blocks of the best downtown Nashville has to offer - more than you'll have time to see and do in a week.
Gulch shops and restaurants, 12 blocks away
Honky-tonks on Broadway, 7 blocks
Nissan Stadium, 6 blocks
Bridgestone Arena, 5 blocks
Ascend Amphitheater, 4 blocks
Downtown riverfront/ walking bridge, 5 blocks
Want to leave the downtown area? 5 minute Uber to:
East Nashville (hipster-ville)
12th South restaurants
Westend Centennial park
Walking is the first choice since everything is within 12 blocks.
I usually walk when I leave home and then catch a $5 Uber / Lyft home.
About the Owner
Hi! I live, work, and play in downtown Nashville - I love it here! I moved to Nashville eight years ago to work for a software marketing company. I wish that I moved here sooner. I joke that I'm going to have a t-shirt or bumper sticker made which reads, "Not a native, but I got here as quick as I could!" I have lived in three different downtown Nashville locations; I've experienced the features and benefits unique to each location. This townhouse's area is my favorite so far and it is where I call home. It's walkable to all that downtown has to offer but far enough away that I can escape from the busy noise of the high-rise business/tourist district. I'm honored to welcome travelers here and I hope they'll enjoy the location as much as I do. I'm happy to offer local travel hints and answer any questions about the property or Nashville. I'm presently developing a website with tips and 'must-sees' (ask for the link once booked.) ...Go ahead and ask me where my favorite nearby place to get a steak, hot chicken, BBQ, or preferred place to sample some Nashville made whiskey or bear brewery, or my best secret hidden bar off the beaten path or just my favorite spot for some good ole live music...and just watch my face light up as I go into details..! Have questions? Let me know how I can help! Best, David
