Thank you for letting me do something that I love to do - be a host to great travelers.
I moved to Nashville ten years ago to work at a branch office of a high-tech company based in California. After nineteen years in corporate America, I started to consult own and put my first short-term rental on Airbnb and the rest is history. I now have or manage properties for people coming for vacation or for business. I have been lucky enough to experience the joy of hosting and the joy of traveling. And I'm happy to share a locals perspective on the hints with you.
